Revisions

Intellectual Property
All project materials remain the property of Horizon App Studio until full payment has been received. Upon full payment, ownership of the custom-developed work transfers to the client, excluding third-party licensed materials.
Third-Party Services
Projects may use third-party platforms including Apple App Store, Google Play, Stripe, PayPal, Firebase, AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud and other providers. We are not responsible for changes or outages affecting these services.
App Store Approval
Approval of applications is determined solely by Apple and Google. We cannot guarantee approval or continued availability.

Cancellation
Projects may be cancelled in writing. Completed milestones, consultation, planning, design, and development work already performed are non-refundable.
